I am an entrepreneur, former President and CEO, and skilled in all aspects of the business lifecycle, from start-up to exit. I founded Ingenium Corporation 20+ years ago in the basement of my home and enjoyed a successful exit from the business in 2018. The company provided IT services to healthcare providers, government entities, the US Department of Defense, and other critical infrastructure industries. I am currently in private practice as an executive coach as well as a co-founder of Beyond CEO Coaching. My background lends itself well to consultation and mentorship. As an entrepreneur, I am well versed in the challenges and rewards of starting and sustaining a business through the entire lifecycle. With aggregate revenues in excess of $220 million, Ingenium experienced significant growth often in spurts, as well as contractions (also in spurts).

However, I am also focused on the soft skills needed to succeed in business, relationship management, resiliency, emotional intelligence, discipline, and peer support. I come from a perspective of empathy, and support, knowing what its like to put everything on the line. I am direct in my communication style be it good news or bad. I've been a small business and find early stage companies, small businesses, and companies going through transitions (leadership, digital) are some of my favorite clients. I have navigated many crisis in business and encourage you to not freeze in fear, just reach out for help. Its the most fearless thing you can do.
